You will be received at the airport and taken to your hotel room. In the evening our team will organize a welcome dinner for you.
You will be visiting the popular tourist destination of Kathmandu. The major highlight of the day will be the world heritage sites listed in UNESCO. You will also visit the market for shopping. The day will end at the hotel.
The hour-long domestic flight connects Kathmandu and Nepalgunj. From here, you will drive for a few hours, relishing the beautiful scenery along the road until you reach Samjhighat, which, is the start point for rafting in Bheri River. You will spend the night in Samjhighat.
Day four will take you into the water. You will be rafting towards Kumal Gaun from Samjhighat and will encounter a few rapids, however these won’t be challenging.
The trail will take you through the captivating mountains and hills which will remain vivid in your memory. You will stop by a sandy beach at Kumal gaun , which will give you an opportunity to explore the area. You will spend the night by camping on the sandy beach.
On this day, you will be bouncing in rough water that is flowing from high mountain ranges of the Dolpo region. The trail will be full of excitement and a real adrenaline rush. You will stop by Jamu and spend the night camping, which will mark the ending of the day.
These two days of white river rafting in Bheri River will be more challenging than the previous days. You will encounter challenging rapids of class 3 and class 4, which need to be tackled carefully. The adventurous trip amidst the natural beauty will give your life long memories.
The white-water adventure will come to an end at Chisapani and you will have two options to choose from. Either you return to Kathmandu, or, you can visit Bardia National park.
Bardia National park is the largest and most undisturbed national park of Nepal where you can enjoy a jungle safari and bird watching.
You can choose mode of transportation as per your convenience. You can travel to Nepalgunj by flight to Kathmandu, which takes an hour. If you don’t want to travel by air, then you can also travel by bus enjoying the scenic beauty and ever-changing landscape.
