Costa Rica Volunteer Vacation!
Are you looking for a way to give back this holiday season? How about an exciting volunteer adventure to Costa Rica that spreads holiday cheer to people in need?
Costa Rica is a wonderful place to visit during the holidays. The country is rich with beautiful holiday traditions. Families exchange delicious tamales for Christmas, and for New Year’s there is joyous Latin dancing in the streets late into the night.
Sadly, a lot of people living in Costa Rica are quite poor, and these beloved holiday traditions are out of their reach.
They don’t have the money to buy gifts for their children, or to prepare the delicious holiday foods that are traditional to their country. For many who live in poverty, the holidays are a sad and empty time for them.
Spread festive cheer to people in need as a holiday volunteer in Costa Rica! You’ll be fixing up a low-income childcare center, then volunteering with the kids playing sports and games. You’ll throw a fun holiday party for the kids, the only celebration many of them will have this 2019 holiday season.
